Your new roleAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Procurement Manager to support the delivery of strategic procurement activity across a range of Indirect categories. Working 2 days per week in the office, in this role, you will act as a key point of contact for procurement matters, partnering with stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions, ensure robusternance, and promote best practice across all procurement activity.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the development and delivery of category strategies and sourcing plans
2. Leading end-to-end procurement and tender processes
3. Managing supplier selection, due diligence, and onboarding
4. Negotiatingmercial terms and contractual agreements
5. Ensuring effective contract management andpliance
6. Driving cost efficiencies and value improvement initiatives
7. Monitoring supplier performance and risk

8. Demonstrable experience in procurement or category management
9. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
10. Experience inmercial negotiations and contract management
11. Excellentmunication and analytical skills
12. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach
13. Experience in supplier relationship management
