Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Saturday Football Coach to join our coaching team. This is an on-site role at Regent's Park, where you will play an important part in shaping the experience of young players and supporting their football journeys.
As a Saturday Coach, you will:
Plan and deliver structured training sessions that are age-appropriate, engaging, and aligned with the club's coaching philosophy.
Coach and guide players during matches, ensuring both individual and team development is prioritised.
Develop players' technical, tactical, physical, and psychological skills, while encouraging confidence, discipline, and teamwork.
Create and adapt game strategies that suit the ability and style of your players.
Provide constructive feedback to players to support ongoing improvement.
Communicate effectively with parents, players, and club officials, ensuring transparency and a positive experience for all.
Work closely with the wider coaching team to maintain consistency across age groups and teams, contributing to the long-term development of players within the club.

Qualifications & Skills
We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to player development. Ideal candidates will have:
Experience in football coaching (youth or adult level), with knowledge of effective training methods.
Strong ability to develop both team tactics and individual player skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with players, parents, and colleagues.
A positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to safeguarding and inclusivity.
Relevant coaching qualifications (FA Level 1, 2, or UEFA C/D) are desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.
A genuine passion for football and the motivation to help players of all abilities progress.
