As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex technology programmes, driving outcomes across cloud, network and platform environments. Working at the forefront of innovation, you will ensure the successful execution of high‑impact projects that enable critical client capabilities. You'll take ownership of delivery, shape strategic direction and bring structure and creativity to solving complex challenges, all within a collaborative environment that supports your growth and impact.
Responsibilities
* Lead end‑to‑end delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
* Own planning, execution and governance, managing timelines, budgets and risks to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
* Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency, driving accountability and maintaining momentum across complex delivery environments.
* Coordinate and integrate cross‑functional engineering teams.
* Govern and control project scope, changes and documentation.
* Drive and improve delivery practices and project outcomes.
Qualifications
* Proven experience delivering infrastructure or IT transformation projects, including managing infrastructure or IT projects.
* Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and infrastructure technologies (cloud, servers, networks, storage).
* Excellent project management, financial oversight and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience with project planning, budgeting and risk management.
* Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence and Excel.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to lead complex programmes within secure or regulated environments.
* Project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) desirable.
Security Requirements
Due to the secure nature of the programme you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through the clearance process. This position will be based on site near Gloucester five days a week.
