You will be immersing yourself within the financial services industry engaging with lapsed clients, web enquires, client enquires and other methods to find the best solution for them to service their needs. NO COLD CALLING. You will be a non pushy individual with clients but knowing how close the deal/ find their solution to service them for the next year minimum. My client has an amazing culture where the team has long standing management and members of staff whom have become very knowledgeable through continuous internal and external training to ensure they are keeping up to date with FCA regulations and legislations but also new products coming to the team. Day to day of the Account Manager: Registering new and lapsed client details onto the internal system ensuring you are gaining correct identification and information. Presenting correct details of the individuals to third party to gain the perfect solution for them.
