This award-winning Media and AdTech solution is growing off the back of continued investment into its technology, media and data solutions, resulting in new publisher partnerships and global growth.
We're now hiring for a Technical Account Manager to join a team of TAMs to oversee technical integrations, onboarding and support on new product upsell across an existing base of major publisher partners - as well supporting on newly signed publishers and ad partner platforms.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. You will work across multiple products - either supporting the upselling and onboarding of new products to existing publisher partners, or working with newly signed publishers across the UK, US and Europe.
2. Work closely with the business development team and account management team to offer a seamless experience for publisher onboarding.
3. Translate business goals into technical implementation plans.
4. Confident in doing technical demos to drive adoption of new products and features.
5. Act as the primary technical contact for publisher troubleshooting.
6. Maintain docs and improve support processes to ensure scalable, consistent execution.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve blockers and improve workflows.
