With fresh leadership and a renewed vision for growth, they are now seeking a motivated Part-Time Sales Administrator to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and sales administration to play a key role in supporting business operations. You will be the first point of contact for B2B customers both across the UK and internationally, assisting with order processing, pricing enquiries, stock availability, and logistics coordination. You will work closely with the senior management and warehouse team to ensure the smooth and efficient fulfilment of customer orders and help maintain the high service standards the company is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing sales orders received via email and telephone.
Responding to incoming calls and enquiries from B2B customers.
Creating and issuing delivery notes.
Liaising with the warehouse team to coordinate order dispatch and fulfilment.
