Offer description

Our homes offer specialist care, facilities, and comprehensive training and development packages for staff. With your help, they'll perform at their best in every area. Using your expert knowledge and passion for improving young people's outcomes, you'll visit our homes and identify priorities for development in your area of responsibility. This is a great opportunity to work closely with senior leadership teams, supporting them to develop their homes so that our young people receive the best outcomes. When change is needed, you will lead and be part of a team that supports and drives development while maintaining the Witherslack Group's vision and values. As our organization grows, we are committed to ensuring every young person's future is in the best hands.


Requirements

* A passionate and committed leader with at least 4 years' experience working in Children's Homes, with a proven track record in change management and role development.
* Experience in coaching, safeguarding, mentoring, and a good understanding of Ofsted inspections in Children's Homes.
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, as visiting homes nationwide is required.
* Desirable: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
* Professional qualification at Level 3 in Working with Children and Young People (or equivalent).
* At least 4 years' experience in a children's home at a senior level within the last three years.
