Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking to step into a pivotal role within a dynamic professional services firm based in Birmingham?
Our client, a respected and boutique organisation within the professional services sector, is seeking an exceptionally organised, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to support their Chief Risk Officer and two additional senior executives, including Legal Counsel. This is a high-level, hybrid position where your skills and initiative will make a real impact.
This role is to join the property team.
This busy and varied role will entail:
* Managing complex diaries, coordinating high-level meetings, and ensuring seamless communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Providing administrative and organisational support to two other senior leaders, including the Legal Counsel.
* Coordinating and prepare for executive meetings: book venues, arrange catering, and produce supporting documents such as agendas, and presentations.
* Assisting with executive reporting, ensuring deadlines are met and documents are delivered with accuracy and professionalism.
* Organising international and domestic travel, managing logistics and creating detailed itineraries.
* Delivering polished, reliable secretarial support and confidential documentation management.
* Respond to a variety of ad hoc requests from the Executive Team with flexibility, speed and a can-do attitude.
Applicants will have proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant ideally within a professional services, legal, or financial environment.
The right candidate must have experience in property.
