What You'll Do:
As our Property Management Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our client's operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing day to day administrative tasks related to property management 🏢
Supporting the property management team with tenant inquiries and lease administration 📞
Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with contractors to ensure timely service 🔧
Keeping detailed records and databases up to date, ensuring compliance with regulations 📚
Assisting with property inspections and preparing reports for management 📊
