Job Overview

We're looking for a well‑organised and proactive person to join our Procurement Centre of Excellence. As a Supplier Health and Onboarding Coordinator, you'll help manage the full process of bringing new suppliers on board and keeping their information up to date. You'll also make sure suppliers meet our standards and help colleagues and suppliers with any questions or issues.


Main Duties

* Maintain and update supplier records in Mitie systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Coordinate the onboarding of new suppliers. Onboard, validate and maintain Supplier Information and collaborate with Suppliers and internal teams.
* Uphold compliance with Mitie standards including QHSE, SSIP, insurance, cyber security, information security, and data protection, ESG.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve any issues. Provide guidance and advice, where required, to complete information updates or compliance actions.
* Manage actions from compliance risk reports - including expiring insurances and accreditations.
* Issue supplier health alerts, advising colleagues of changes/risks, supplier blocks.
* Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders (internal & external) on the Supplier Onboarding and Health Process. Manage response to Supplier and stakeholder Portal queries within SLA.
* Management & Continual improvement of processes and standards.
* Ensure performance and practices are performed in line with all Supply Chain Policies, Procedures and Systems. Provide audit reporting as required.
* Ensure 3rd party feeds are working as intended. Review & report on supplier data and health changes.

* A problem-solver who can spot issues and help fix them.
* Experience using Microsoft Office (like Outlook, Excel, and Word) and procurement systems would be an advantage.
