Deputy Manager (Community, West Midlands)Location: Orchard Court 2, Binley Business Park, Coventry

Are you an experienced leader in Health & Social Care with a passion for quality, safeguarding, and service development? SENAD Community is looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in overseeing community support packages across the West Midlands.
About the Role
As Deputy Manager, you will:
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and Support Staff.
* Ensure services remain fully compliant with CQC standards, safeguarding requirements, and company policies.
* Oversee service user care planning, transitions, and interventions, ensuring person-centred outcomes.
* Take responsibility for day-to-day operational management and act as relief cover for the Registered Manager.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, NHS teams, families, and external partners.
* Contribute to service growth and business development in line with company objectives.
About You
We are looking for someone who brings:
* Qualifications: NVQ/Diploma Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in a leadership role within community-based Health & Social Care, ideally with Senior Manager experience.
* Strong knowledge of CQC frameworks, safeguarding processes, HR procedures, and quality assurance.
* Proven track record in staff management, business development, and building professional networks.
* A hands-on approach to care delivery, with excellent communication skills at all levels.
* A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the West Midlands.
