This dynamic law firm is looking for a Family Fee Earner to assist the team and handle a diverse and interesting caseload of family matters including providing legal counsel and representation to clients in divorce and financial remedy, conducting legal research, draft and prepare legal documents including petitions, agreements, and court pleadings. Ideally the team is looking for someone with 2 years' PQE with an exceptional understanding of the Matrimonial causes act 1973, however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this bracket.
