Now, we’re looking for a talented and driven Pricing and Data Intelligence Manager to join our UK Pricing team in Warwick. You will take full ownership of the reporting and analytics that underpin pricing, sales, and commercial performance at Volvo Trucks. You’ll manage and develop a suite of Power BI dashboards and reports, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. These tools inform pricing, sales, logistics, and operational performance across the Volvo Trucks UK business.

* Represent the Pricing team in business intelligence forums and contribute to shaping future reporting strategies.
* Partner with regional teams to support campaigns and deliver data-driven commercial insights.
* Provide cover for the Head of Price Management when required, maintaining leadership and delivery across the function.

* Professional growth and development: unlock your potential through training and development opportunities.
* Company bonus: 5% yearly bonus.
* Pension scheme: matched up to 7% of salary, including death in service cover.
* Medical insurance: provided by Bupa.
* Employee Assistance program: wellness and counselling services.
* Generous holiday allowance: 25 days increasing with length of service, plus bank holidays.
* Discounts on various purchases: shopping vouchers, cinema tickets, holidays, and travel.
* Fitness perks: access to gym discounts and on-site facilities.
* Enhanced family-friendly policies: maternity and paternity leave provisions.

You’ll join a close-knit team of three, reporting directly to the Head of Price Management. You’ll collaborate with Regional Business Managers, our dealer network, and the wider Fleet team. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping ensure pricing and financial processes are clear, consistent, and commercially sharp.
Skills and qualifications
* Proficiency with Power BI (including DAX and data modelling) and strong Excel skills.
* Excellent data reconciliation and diagnostic skills, with a high level of accuracy and independence.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of bridging data and business strategy.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a readiness to lead projects and own outcomes.
* Experience managing user permissions, access controls, and report publishing processes in a corporate environment.
* A proven track record of managing end-to-end reporting processes.
* Enjoyment of turning complexity into clarity and turning insight into influence.
