Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by managing various administrative tasks and contributing to the development of HR strategies. Duties
* Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
* Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training sessions.
* Facilitate employee training programmes using tools such as Adobe Captivate and SharePoint.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with management to develop effective communication strategies within the organisation.
* Prepare presentations for HR initiatives and meetings, showcasing strong presentation skills.
* Utilise Workday and Salesforce for tracking employee performance and managing HR-related data.
* Assist in the development of HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements
* Proven experience in human resources or a related field is essential.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
* Familiarity with HRIS systems is necessary; experience with Workday is preferred.
* Proficiency in Adobe Captivate for training development is advantageous.
* Experience in teaching or mentoring roles will be considered a plus.
* Ability to create engaging presentations that effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
