Job Title: Neighbourhood Housing Lead
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (FTC) until a specified date
Hours: Full time
Location: Stoke Poges, Reporting Office: Beacon House Slough
Salary: £33,154 plus Essential Car User Allowance (if criteria met)

As the Neighbourhood Housing Lead, your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Housing Management team to deliver reliable, consistent service
* Improving resident satisfaction and building trust
* Managing relationships with residents in patches covering approximately 500-600 homes
The ideal candidate should:
* Be skilled in relationship building and communication
* Have problem-solving skills, grit, and determination
* Possess a can-do attitude and be committed to keeping promises
* Be willing to challenge the business to achieve the best outcomes
* Have excellent time management skills and manage complex workloads
* Be capable of stakeholder engagement with diverse customers
* Have previous experience in relevant roles
* Drive and have access to a car for work
