The role:
They are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing across a small, high-profile portfolio of shows. This pivotal role offers full accountability for brand, positioning, pricing, and integrated marketing execution, with a clear focus on driving paid attendance, sponsor engagement, and overall event growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategy across the event portfolio
- Own event positioning, messaging, and pricing to maximise delegate sales and sponsorship revenue
- Deliver integrated, data-driven campaigns across digital, PR, content, email, and partnerships
- Lead brand development and ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to align marketing output with commercial objectives
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and optimise strategy to meet ambitious targets
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and drive attendee engagement
Requirements:
- Proven track record in marketing for B2B events with 3,000+ attendees
- Strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution capability
- Highly data-literate, with the ability to interpret insights and optimise campaigns
- Excellent communicator with strong storytelling and commercial acumen
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, agencies, and budgets
- Passionate about live experiences and creating compelling, value-led marketing campaigns
