We are looking to recruit a Part Sales Co-ordinator in our growing aftersales department.
This is an office-based role with opportunities to travel to motorsport events to work on our dedicated parts truck. Previous work in this type of role would be beneficial.
Key responsibilities will include:
Process day to day sales enquiries received by phone, e-mail & websiteAssess customers’ needs and provide assistance during the parts ordering processEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent parts sales serviceMaking sure that you have a high accuracy of stock management & can raise any issues encountered in a timely mannerThe Successful candidate will have:
A strong work ethicThe ability to work independently and proactivelyA friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focusThe ability to perform under pressureKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Mainly Excel & Word)Experience using Sage 200 (beneficial but not essential)In possession of a driving licence (beneficial but not essential)Excellent communication skillsIn return we offer a great place to work with great benefits including:
