We're looking for a Digital Media Planner to drive e-commerce and customer engagement strategies across multiple channels. You'll be responsible for planning and executing campaigns that connect meaningfully with our audiences, using data insights to guide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and manage full-funnel digital media strategies
* Lead performance marketing campaigns across paid digital channels
* Align digital activity with brand and business objectives
* Use customer data to drive segmentation and personalised messaging
* Oversee creative content alignment across platforms
* Collaborate with media and content agencies to optimise campaign delivery
* Support the development of omnichannel activation plans
* Coach and lead team members to build a strong media planning capability

The Person

* Proven experience in digital media planning or strategy
* Strong analytical skills and commercial understanding
* Knowledge of CRM systems and performance marketing
* Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
* Confident presenting insights and recommendations
* Background in FMCG or consumer-focused sectors preferred
