We are looking for a Project Manager to innovate, win and grow with us in Theale!
The primary focus is project managing the delivery and adoption of Bottomline solutions for key high value customers. Typically dealing with 40-50 projects at one time, managing customer expectations, onboarding, delivering against project requirements while providing customer service.
How you’ll contribute:
1. Leading the planning and delivery of customer projects, with ultimate responsibility for time,
2. cost, and quality.
3. Facilitating the definition of the project scope, goals, and deliverables.
4. Implementing best practices, techniques, and tools for project planning and management
5. Offering customers domain and subject matter expertise.
6. Maintaining customer interaction and management, with sponsors, stakeholders, and users.
7. Generating customer facing documentation including project plans, and all associated
8. management records.
9. Providing timely and accurate internal status reports.
10. Supportive partner to the Presales team.
11. Forecasting and delivering against financial targets, aligned to project deliverables.
12. Building and maintaining an excellent level of knowledge of Bottomline solutions and the
13. business problems that they solve.
14. Participating in new product take-on and roll-out programmes; contributing to the project
15. management, documentation, technical knowledge base and training of team members.

16. Working experience within the project office, project
17. Understanding of project management or consultancy role
18. Working knowledge of Agile, PRINCE2, or similar.
19. Proven track record of managing high value projects to conclusion whilst managing stakeholders.
20. Aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving.
21. Excellent Organisational skills
22. Good 'people skills' for building relationships with colleagues and customers at all levels.
23. Calmness under pressure.
24. The ability to motivate people.
25. Good commercial awareness.
