The company operates a 24/7 emergency service from its South Norfolk base covering Norfolk and part of Suffolk. What does it entail? Your communication skills will ensure that customers end their experience of the company’s service feeling delighted and willing to recommend you to others. You MUST be used to working in a similar position within the industry and will therefore understand the requirements and constraints placed upon this role both in terms of Health & Safety, and customers’ expectations. You will also understand the need to maintain an accurate and detailed documentation trail. Operating a Bucher (JHL) Recycler CR140 Combi 3200 CL Tanker unit, you will carry out a range of services associated with the tankers, cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customer’s drains and cold-water plumbing systems. Predominantly you will be carrying our pre-planned maintenance works and in some cases emergency reactive work Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards Carrying out surveys Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and apps Communicate effectively with high profile commercial & domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year. What are we looking for?
