Key Responsibilities:
1. Own the relationship with key UK health & beauty retailers, growing sales and seizing new opportunities
2. Drive account growth across the UK and in selected European markets
3. Execute in-store strategies to maintain stock levels, secure prime positioning, train staff and drive success
4. Develop data insights through sales analysis and competitive intelligence
5. Partner with external contacts to amplify brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
6. Lead promotional activities including events and strategic collaborations
7. Roll up your sleeves for promotional activities, events, and strategic collaborations
8. Travel regularly within the UK and internationally
Candidate Requirements:
9. Proven success in field sales/account management within the beauty/skincare industry
10. Strong relationships with major UK health & beauty retailers
11. Analytical skills with Excel proficiency and data-driven approach
12. Self-motivated go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment
