About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team and provide compassionate care to individuals in a home care setting. The role involves assisting clients with daily activities and ensuring their well-being in their own home.
Main Duties
1. Create and implement individual care plans for clients
2. Assist clients with personal care tasks
3. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
4. Provide emotional support and companionship to clients in their own home.
5. Help clients with mobility in their own home
6. Drive clients to appointments or outings as required
Requirements/Experience
1. Experience in home care or a care home setting is desirable
2. Ability to communicate effectively in English
3. A caring and empathetic nature
4. Strong organisational skills
5. Full UK Driving license and access to their own car
6. Sponsorship available for UK based applicants
