Legal Counsel – Commercial (Contract to September | Potential to Go Permanent)
We are partnering with a well-known household name to recruit a Commercial Legal Counsel for an initial contract through to September, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent.

The Role
You will be a trusted legal partner to the business, working closely with senior stakeholders and a high-performing in-house team. Your work will include:
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts
* Advising on contractual risk and delivering practical, commercial solutions
* Supporting both BAU contracting and strategic projects
* Building strong relationships across the organisation
About You
* Qualified lawyer with 2–5 years’ PQE in commercial contracts
* Comfortable handling high-volume, varied work
* Commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions-focused
* Confident operating in a fast-paced environment
* Immediately available or available at short notice
