This is a new, dedicated team build. Our client is an established pharma business with exciting growth plans in the pipeline.
We are looking to speak to key account managers with excellent sales records within primary and secondary care. People with strong organisation skills, a success orientated outlook and a creator of opportunities.
We are hiring several roles nationwide. Whilst the regions are large currently, and will require travel, our client is understanding that the key strategy will be focused on the hotspots on each region for best business outcomes.
These career opportunities would best align with experienced Key Account Managers within women’s health. However, our client will also consider strong primary care reps who are passionate and driven for success. Other therapy areas can be considered for the right candidate. You must be ABPI qualified to be considered.
Main responsibilities:
* Gather and maintain up to date and accurate information on key accounts and customers.
* Implement and adapt our client’s business and product strategies.
* Ensure that all current sales and marketing standard operating procedures are complied with.
* Recommend, develop and implement action plans to enhance, correct and improve performance.
* Work closely with other team members (sales/marketing/medical) to optimise performance for our client.
* Provide routine/ad hoc territory business reports and ensure all administration management is up to date.
Qualifications:
* Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
* ABPI Qualified
* Educated to degree standard or equivalent
* Be able to demonstrate continued excellence in sales performance
* Understand and apply general account and business management skills
