THE ROLE (hybrid working with some travel) : Working in compact central Human Resources team, my clientrequires a delivery-focussed professional who can communicate, co-ordinate and facilitate a range of HR projects around aa range of subjects including pensions, benefits and compensation working closely with a range of stakeholders accross their businesses. You will have experience of working on HR projects in more complex business environments. Highly advantageous would be a solid understanding around pension schemes, reward structures and benefits including change management and implementation. You will scope, assess feasibility, communicate and deliver changes as part of a wider team and structure with the support other technical specialists (e.g. HR, IT, external providers). You should have previous experience of project delivery and will enjoy a challenging, project-based role where you can have a significant impact in the business ensuring it remains competitive, compliant and future-ready. THE PERSON: The successful candidate will have: - Experience of HR ideally in larger and more forward thinking businesses. - Demonstrable ability to take ownership of and drive projects from early stages to implementation. - Strong IT skills and understanding of systems ideally including SAP, MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint etc. - Good numeracy, analytical capability and comfortable with new technologies. - A robust understanding of technical and HR / people issues around especially pensions, compensation and benefits including appreciation for legal and audit considerations. - Great communication skills at all levels of the business and externally, verbally and in writing. - Ability to take the lead on project teams and influence outcomes. - Ability to work autonomously but also cohesively with local and remote colleagues.
