Job Description
Company Description
Nomadic Scotland was created to make adventure travel more accessible for people who value meaningful and lasting experiences. Driven by a desire to help people disconnect from day-to-day life, we provide a range of high-quality iconic vehicles equipped for comfortable adventure, alongside tailor-made itineraries that showcase the very best of Scotland.
At the beginning of 2024, Nomadic Scotland was acquired by Matt and Patti Rio Green, who have relocated and repositioned the business to support its next stage of growth. Since then, the brand has been redefined and the offering broadened to appeal to a wider range of Nomads, including families, while remaining true to its adventurous spirit.
At the heart of the business is a passion for showcasing everything that Scotland has to offer - from food and drink to natural beauty, history and culture. Our suggested itineraries, local partnerships and merchandise are being developed with this in mind. We believe in the power of simple, authentic experiences that allow groups or couples to reconnect without the distractions of day-to-day life.
Comfort is central to our approach. Our hand-picked a fleet of iconic Land Rovers are not only an experience to drive in themselves but are also set up with the best equipment available. We can’t guarantee the weather, but we can guarantee you’ll never forget the experience; and we find that many people return to explore other parts of the country or different seasons time and time again.
We’re always mindful of our impact on people and the future. Sustainability, wellness and thoughtful design underpin everything we do, alongside a commitment to continuous improvement. Curiosity and innovation drive us forward, ensuring our offering continues to evolve and that our team is supported to grow and thrive.
