We're offering an exciting opportunity for a driven, knowledgeable, and childcare-experienced professional to join our Family Support and Safeguarding Team as an Early Help Case Management Team Manager.
In this pivotal role, you'll lead a dedicated team delivering high-impact family assessments, working closely with families and partner agencies to co-create action plans that address support needs and drive positive change. You'll be at the heart of shaping safe, effective processes that improve outcomes for children, young people, and their families.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in managing and motivating teams to achieve meaningful results.
A strong foundation in strengths-based practice and safeguarding.
Passion, commitment, and a deep desire to make a difference.
Excellent relationship-building and analytical skills.
The ability to supervise, appraise, and empower your team to thrive.
What You'll Need:
A Level 4 or higher qualification in social work/care, child development, or family systems.
At least 5 years' experience working with children, young people, or families.
A collaborative mindset and experience working with multi-agency partners.
