Do you want to be part of a ground-breaking scheme successfully providing children & young people with faster access to support?
We’re looking for a Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our CAMHS team as part of the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS). You’ll be part of an innovative project, enhancing joint working in Primary Care, that’s already making a significant impact and delivering outstanding outcomes.

* Help young people develop coping strategies and build on their strengths to manage mental health challenges.
* Work with CAMHS to provide crisis support and avoid unnecessary admissions, responding quickly and effectively when needed.
* Represent patients in Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings, offering input into clinical management and ongoing support.
* Provide advice and consultation to GPs and other MDT members on the mental health needs of children and families.
* Work closely with CAMHS and other services to ensure smooth access to care, helping young people find the best support for their needs
