Product Manager - Onboarding Job Description: We are currently seeking a Product Manager to play a pivotal role in helping accountancy practices get the maximum value from our products. As a Product Manager at Sage, you'll be accountable for driving the adoption and engagement of new customer accounts while shaping and evolving our client onboarding capabilities within the Sage for Accountants Suite. You will ensure that accountants and bookkeepers can seamlessly bring clients into Sage, automate onboarding workflows, and unlock time-saving efficiencies - setting the foundation for practice-wide adoption, engagement, and revenue growth. - Please note that this role is hybrid and will require you to work 3 days a week from our Newcastle office. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with product, design, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to shape the vision and deliver on the roadmap. - Lead the roadmap for Sage's onboarding workflows, covering client setup, engagement, and integration. - Own the end-to-end user experience and drive automation to reduce manual effort and enable seamless client collaboration. - Engage with accountants, bookkeepers, and partners to uncover pain points, test new ideas, and continuously improve through data-driven insights and customer feedback. - Define success measures for onboarding adoption, engagement, and automation efficiency. Requirements - Track record in defining, prioritizing, and managing end-to-end product roadmaps, aligning strategic objectives with client needs. - Proven experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or B2B software; experience with accountancy products is a plus. - Experience in driving product adoption and engagement across new customer accounts, with a focus on onboarding workflows and automation. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, engineering, sales, customer success). - A broad understanding of technical processes, such as APIs.
