3. Providing a high level of service to clients both on the phone and in the practice
4. Arranging appointments and diary management
5. Dealing with new business enquiries
6. Utilise the Leap case management system
7. Provide administrative support in relation to civil litigation
8. Produce legal documents using Big Hand dictation
9. File management
10. Processing fees, invoices and taking payments
The Successful Applicant
11. Excellent telephone skills
12. A welcoming and professional manner
13. Experience as a receptionist in a professional firm
14. Previous legal administrative experience particularly in dictation and producing legal documents
15. A methodical and well organised approach to work
16. Experience of using leap case management and Big Hand dictation would be advantageous but full training will be provided
