Description
The key responsibilities of this German Speaking AR Specialist role will be:
* Manage accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices and payments accurately.
* Communicate with German-speaking clients to resolve payment discrepancies and queries.
* Reconcile customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
* Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and ageing analysis.
* Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing or payment issues effectively.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all financial transactions.
* Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
* Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Profile
A successful German Speaking AR Specialist should have:
* Fluency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A minimum of 3-4 years in a similar accountancy role
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
* Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
