Buyer - Wellness
We're on the hunt for a proactive and passionate buyer to join our fast-paced and fun Health, Beauty & Wellness team. In this role, you will have full ownership of the Period Care, Sexual Wellness, and selected Protein categories. As part of the Wellness team, you will work closely with the senior buyer for Wellness and a broad cross-functional team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing category with big plans to stay ahead!

What you'll do
As a Buyer, you will ensure we get the best products at the best prices to deliver value to our customers. You will own and optimize the buying and selling strategy for the categories within Food for Later, driving market share growth and profit through a competitive, distinctive customer offer. You will work cross-functionally to review product ranges, identify opportunities for improvement, new product development, and cost savings. You will make key decisions in buying and selling strategies, influence stakeholders, and use data to drive a market-leading product range. Additionally, you will optimize the supply base, manage supplier relationships, and lead projects to deliver successful outcomes. Your commercial acumen, analytical skills, and communication will contribute to the success of the team and our mission to Helping Everyone Eat Better.
Who you are
You are an experienced professional with a proven track record in negotiating with suppliers and optimizing product ranges to deliver value. You develop and execute customer-focused category plans aligned with company strategy to grow market share and profit. Your ability to analyze data helps identify opportunities for improvement, development, and savings. You review product ranges, make strategic decisions, and manage supplier relationships effectively. With excellent communication, adaptability, and resilience, you influence stakeholders and lead projects successfully.
