Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for self-directed professionals in the UK and Ireland. The role involves connecting with and mentoring individuals, providing guidance on personal and professional development, and facilitating access to world-class educational programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include leveraging a structured digital business model, building meaningful relationships within a supportive community, and contributing to driving growth through independent initiatives while maintaining personal flexibility.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience in mentoring or guiding individuals.
* Proficiency in leveraging digital platforms and tools, with a strong understanding of digital business models.
* Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while managing flexible, remote responsibilities.
* Interest or background in personal development, leadership education, or coaching is a plus.
* Commitment to ongoing learning, growth, and fostering meaningful connections within a collaborative community.
* Experience in business development or managing location-independent income streams is an advantage.
