About the Role
As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll handle enquiries via phone, email, and live chat—helping with everything from product questions to order tracking and issue resolution. Your focus will be to ensure every customer feels valued, heard, and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries about products and orders
* Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
* Make tailored product recommendations to enhance the customer journey
* Keep CRM and support systems updated (experience with Zendesk is a plus)
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience supporting direct-to-consumer (D2C) customers—this is essential
* A warm, friendly, and professional communication style
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to stay calm, positive, and solutions-focused under pressure
* Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
* A passion for sport is a bonus!
* Familiarity with Zendesk or similar platforms (desirable)
