Job Description
3. Welcome building guests and tenants, ensuring a warm, professional environment.
4. Oversee daily building checks and liaise with Airbnb contractors and service providers
5. Coordinate property portfolio maintenance and ensure compliance (including HMO licensing).
6. Manage building security, access, and supplies - be the primary point of contact for the building
7. Monitor rent/invoice payments and maintain strong tenant relationships.
8. Assist with personal tasks, errands and family-related ad hoc booking arrangements for the property owner when necessary
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist/Facilities Administrator should have:
9. A degree strongly preferred
10. Confident and switched on multitasker with excellent organisational and communication skills
11. Previous experience in a similar administrative/ professional customer service or reception role.
12. Proficiency in using office software and systems.
13. A discreet, reliable, polished and approachable demeanour.
14. Flexibility with working hours and holidays
