We have a fantastic opportunity for a sales focused account manager to take a key role in shaping and driving our Online growth strategy. Working as part of our dynamic Online team, you will be based in our head office with the flexibility of a hybrid working pattern, there may also be times when you would be required to carry out some tasks from our online stores. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping to identify new business to business customers and managing those accounts. From cold contacts to growing accounts, great communication and organisational skills are essential to ensure you have full impact. Your passion to deliver a high level of customer service will help to keep customers coming back and you will work with relevant teams across the business to harness the power of large data sets, provide exceptional availability and grow an industry leading product. Applicants will be based in our head office, situated in the Bradford area for a minimum of three days per week. There may also be times when you would need to travel further to visit our stores and stay overnight to support our stores or new initiatives or trials. You'll be responsible for things like; Identifying new businesses to service and nurture. Managing business to business accounts for our Online Customers, keeping in regular contact to ensure satisfaction. Work closely with internal stakeholders, to ensure that supply chain, retail operations and logistics relationships are built and maintained. Use data to drive decisions, performance improvements, and strategic recommendations Identifying ways to improve the key metrics of customer experience and sales. Collaborate with stores and our field teams, listening to feedback and identifying opportunities.
