Who You Are
You will be a key member of the team who will want to grow with the agency as we enter a hugely exciting period.
The Role
The Team & Environment Manager at bb is responsible for supporting the business by overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the office. This role entails managing all office needs on a day-to-day basis and serving as the primary point of contact for the company. The individual in this position must be proactive in ensuring that the company operates efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of both staff and clients.
The Responsibilities
Day to Day:
* Open up the office daily, and close when needed.
* Stock take and oversee the purchase of stationery and general office supplies including drinks, fruit & milk.
* Meet & greet clients and visitors.
* Optimising office operations, ensuring a productive work environment and implement/run processes that maintain this standard moving forward.
* Managing maintenance and service providers, overseeing office appearance and supplies.
* Oversea any problems that need fixing within the office space (liaise with a sourced & trusted handyman/the landlord) – and fix things themselves which are easy and manageable to do so.
Office Admin:
* Handing administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing mail, coordinating meetings and refreshments, booking couriers and facilitating office changes of documents,
* Filing of documents, letters, presentations
* Liaising with the landlord.
* Maintain office documentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards,
* Oversea employee DSE process and carry out necessary requirements as needed.
Adhoc:
* Supporting team members with various tasks as needed
* Research projects for office-related requirements – e.g. socials.
* Assist with the booking and researching of travel, hotels, visas, and restaurants for the team and clients.
* Set up staff laptops, and onboard new staff with regard to the office.
Skills and Experience
Skills
* Exceptional attention to detail, high initiative, and an ability to work autonomously, supporting the brand brewery team during times of increased pressure.
* Flexibility to adapt to the day and environment – both proactively offering support or being available to jump in and help the team
* Able to demonstrate own initiative and analytical mindset to improve processes or working practices
* Ability to build trusted and valued professional relationships to deliver a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to prioritise, sometimes, conflicting priorities
* Manages multiple projects effectively
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Demonstrate accountability whilst working in an agile way to deliver results
* Comfortable booking large amounts of travel

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, mandatory
* Knowledge of Monday.com preferred
* Basic Knowledge of Macs and their software
