As Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for: * Liaising with customers via telephone and email * Preparing quotes * Processing purchase orders on system * Investigating queries and updating customer * Updating customers of any delays with orders * Advising customers on products * General administration as required. An ideal Customer Service Representative will have: * Previous customer service experience * Good IT skills including Microsoft Office * Experience using CRM and order processing systems * Excellent communication skills, verbal and written * Good people skills.
