About the Role We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our growing team in Crewe. You’ll be part of a business that’s leading the charge in providing advanced energy and technology services to commercial customers. In this role, you’ll engage directly with businesses, identifying opportunities to deliver tailored energy solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. It’s a fast-paced, target-driven environment where your success directly contributes to the company’s growth. What You’ll Do: Contact potential and existing business customers via inbound and outbound calls. Promote a suite of innovative business energy and technology solutions. Understand customer needs, present tailored options, and close new business deals. Keep internal systems and communications accurate and up to date. Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets through proactive engagement. What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner. A results-focused attitude with a passion for achieving targets. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving market. Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel). What’s on Offer: Salary: £25,000 – £27,500 per annum (depending on experience). On-Target Earnings (OTE): Uncapped commission scheme with average potential of £1,100 per month (£13,200 per year).
