Do you enjoy helping others and working as part of a supportive team?

We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Team as a People and Recruitment Administrator, a key role within the wider Quality and People Team. In this role, you will make a real difference to our staff and patients by providing administrative support and advice on ECCH Policies and Procedures, with a focus on recruitment.

We seek an enthusiastic, proactive, hardworking, and motivated individual with a strong attention to detail. You should have experience in HR/People administration or recruitment and an understanding of equality, diversity, employment legislation, and best practices related to recruitment and selection.

Main duties of the job

You will provide high-quality administrative support to the People Team, primarily assisting managers with end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment activities for designated areas within ECCH and its associated companies, providing advice and guidance on HR topics, and supporting recruitment events and training.

Part-time hours and flexible working patterns are available, with a hybrid approach of home and on-site working.

About us

ECCH is a well-established healthcare provider delivering NHS community care since 2011 across the Norfolk/Suffolk borders. We are aligned with NHS terms and conditions and offer various employee benefits. Visit our website at www.ecch.org to learn more. We are staff-owned, allowing staff to be shareholders and influence our future direction.

We aim to be the provider and employer of choice for community healthcare, working in partnership with the community.

We encourage early applications as the role may close once sufficient applications are received.

AI applications are welcome; applicants must declare AI use and ensure all details are accurate and reflect their own skills and experience.

Following a 3.6% Agenda for Change pay award, this role will be eligible for a salary increase in August 2025. Details are available on the NHS Employers website.
