Position: Business Sector Manager

Role Overview: The Business Sector Manager owns the relationship with designated Vendors, managing Business Managers, Business Development Managers, and Internal Product Specialists supporting the Vendor Portfolio sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Vendor Relations: Meet/exceed revenue and margin targets, articulate Arrow ECS's strategic objectives, maximize fulfillment opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and manage vendor forecasts and reporting.
* Development: Collaborate on Business Development Plans, set sales targets, introduce new products, and recruit new Vendors/Partners.
* Plan & Review: Conduct monthly reviews of business performance, forecast accuracy, and strategic alignment.
* Relationships: Build trusted adviser status with Vendor decision-makers, interface across various vendor contacts, and map relationships with Vendor Partner Managers.
* Management (for internal team): Manage and mentor Business Managers, set sales targets, monitor activities, and ensure team capabilities in articulating value propositions and leveraging Vendor relationships.
* Sales & Development: Support team sales efforts, develop Vendor and Partner Business Development Plans, and collaborate on marketing strategies.
* Operational & Execution: Ensure compliance with Vendor contracts, manage escalations, and educate relevant departments on Vendor programs and product roadmaps.
