What You’ll Be Doing
* Reviewing documentation for completeness, accuracy and data integrity.
* Partnering with sourcing and operations to implement supplier quality requirements.
* Maintaining and improving our Quality Management System into a best‑in‑class framework.
* Leading CAPA, change control and non‑conformance processes.
* Measuring the success of quality initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
* Guiding teams with expert advice on quality culture and best practices.
* Delivering engaging training sessions on quality processes and mindset.
* Providing expert guidance on validation strategy, scope and execution.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s not just qualified – but driven, detail‑oriented and ready to make a difference.
* Minimum three years’ experience in medical devices, pharma or a similarly regulated industry.
* Proven success in a Quality Assurance role.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Clear, confident communicator – written and verbal.
* Ability to meet deadlines, agile with priorities.
* Self‑motivated and collaborative.
