Job responsibilities You must have post registration experience including working with older adults and have completed mentorship training to be able to mentor students. You must also be able to support the needs of people diagnosed with dementia, their relatives and carers. This requires excellent communication and liaison skills. You will need to have a good knowledge of DoLs assessments and safeguarding, and have a working knowledge of CHC checklist and BICCA/FACE assessment knowledge.You will also have excellent interpersonal skills to manage and supervise staff effectively.
