Full time, 40 hours a week – 12 hour shifts including days, nights, and rotating weekends.
Pay Rate:£13.20 per hour
What youll be doing
You will be part of a compassionate team committed to residents’ wellbeing. You will support residents to access the community and live as independently as possible, using a positive behaviour support (PBS) approach. As a Support Worker you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual care plans and undertaking routine tasks and activities to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.
