Serving over 12 million customers and employing over 28,000 individuals, the Group supports and serves communities through its operations across the UK, Pakistan and the Middle East As our BI Platform Administrator, you’ll run and optimize our Strategy environment, ensuring it’s secure, performant, and aligned with business goals. Your responsibilities will include: System Management: Working with our Strategy vendors, install, configure, upgrade, and patch MicroStrategy environments; monitor server activity and performance. Security & Permissions: Build and manage security models and implement role-based access controls (RBAC) to enforce data protection and compliance. Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for stability and scalability. Technical Support: Resolve production issues and provide expert guidance to business users. Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data policies and maintain integrity across BI systems. Collaboration: Working under the direction of the Head of Data & Analytics in a team of Data Product Managers, Data Engineers, and BI Analysts to deliver impactful solutions. The Ideal Candidate MicroStrategy Certified Administrator (mandatory) Proven experience in MicroStrategy administration, including cloud migrations, upgrades and performance tuning Expertise in security model design and RBAC implementation Knowledge of Snowflake integration and data warehousing concepts Strong understanding of security principles and IT infrastructure Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on-site full-time We understand that no applicant ever ticks every box so please do consider applying should some or most of the above apply.
