About the Role:
As our Operations Technician, you will provide labour and specific skills to support all aspects of the business. This is a hands-on role with varied responsibilities, from building stages to routine maintenance of buildings and equipment. Your work will ensure we give our guests the ultimate experience when they visit us.

Key Responsibilities:
* Setting up halls, rooms, and the Arena to meet business requirements
* Assist in constructing temporary and permanent seating blocks
* Construct staging systems for various events
* Rigging in P&J Live Halls and suites, once trained and authorized
* Building shell schemes and bespoke stands on and off-site as needed
* Operating forklifts, access platforms, and scaffolding with proper certification
* Ensuring all operational equipment is PAT tested and safe to use
* Meeting service requirements for ongoing business and large-scale events
We are looking for someone with:
* Experience in a similar role or business - Essential
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and work at pace
* Customer service focus
