An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of the M&E delivery on a landmark new build care and residential scheme in North West London. With an M&E value of £6–7 million, this 15-month programme will see the construction of a 121-bed care home alongside 12 private apartments, requiring detailed coordination and strong technical leadership. This is a permanent position with a leading M&E contractor delivering complex residential and healthcare-led developments. The role will commence in early September and is well suited to an Electrical-biased M&E Project Manager who thrives in structured environments and enjoys working as part of a capable, hands-on team.
