Our National Transfer Pricing Team works closely with a broad range of clients, helping manage their transfer pricing compliance while acting as expert advisors and driving their transfer pricing agenda. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting with due diligence, post-acquisition restructuring, and other international tax issues.
Joining us as a Transfer Pricing Manager in any of our offices across London, Reading, Midlands, and the North-West, you will be an integral part of a high-performing tax compliance and advisory team. You will have the opportunity to accelerate your knowledge, skills, and development in a creative, entrepreneurial, and supportive environment, working with fantastic clients along the way.

Your role will involve supporting clients on various compliance and advisory projects, including transfer pricing policy design and implementation, documentation, benchmarking, tax authority audits, and debt defense/ATCAs.
You will collaborate with expert teams worldwide, comprising over 600 specialists in economics, accounting, project management, and tax law, enabling you to develop innovative approaches to transfer pricing issues.
Additionally, you will play an active role in business development by preparing proposals, attending networking events, and contributing to the future development and success of your regional office and the wider firm.
We are looking for a Specialist in Transfer Pricing with experience advising on complex projects and preparing compliant documentation. The ability to manage people, focus on developing individuals, and identify talent within the team is essential.
