We are seeking an experienced and passionate store manager to lead one of our retail locations for a contemporary fashion brand known for its commitment to responsible design, effortless style, and exceptional customer experiences. As store manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the store. Key responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team; driving sales and profitability through effective commercial decision-making; ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently achieved; managing stock levels, visual merchandising, and store presentation; overseeing operational processes and compliance requirements; analysing key performance indicators; and creating a positive and engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
The successful candidate will possess proven retail management experience, strong leadership and people development skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a customer-first mindset. You will be highly organised, commercially aware, results-driven, and confident in managing multiple priorities. Experience in fashion or lifestyle retail is preferred, alongside a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a collaborative team culture.
