We are seeking a passionate and motivated Placement Manager with previous experience of CQC registration to oversee our community packages across North Somerset, Bristol, and Devon. As the Senior Placement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of our care packages. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Registered Manager to ensure compliance with regulations, maintaining high standards of practice, providing emotional support for individuals under your care, organising engaging activities, and creating comfortable accommodations that foster growth.
You will report directly to the Registered Manager and collaborate closely with other Placement Managers and our operations team. Together, we strive for excellence in service delivery by supervising staff effectively and building strong relationships with local authority stakeholders. At Inspire Together, we provide an extensive support system of experienced professionals such as Clinical Support Practitioners and PBS Practitioners.
Main Duties:
1. Support the Registered Manager with the coordination and development of quality services for referred children and young adults.
2. Foster partnerships with young people's families and other involved agencies.
3. Demonstrate effective leadership by implementing organisational strategies aligned with Inspire Together's objectives.
4. Promote team development through motivation initiatives while adhering to personnel policies.
5. Set standards for service quality improvement within Inspire Together.
6. Contribute actively towards corporate policies aimed at enhancing service provision.
7. Set clear targets for staff teams within the Packages of Care.
Requirements:
* Participation in an out-of-hours 'On-Call' rota, including weekends.
* Full clean driving licence and willingness to commute to packages within the area.
* Line management responsibilities for a staff team, ensuring appropriate induction, supervision, and appraisal.
